Production Manager

Lead production. Optimize processes. Deliver results.

As Production & Operations Manager at Jerko Spray Technology, you will take full ownership of our operational performance. You are responsible for production, assembly, service, and after-sales activities and work closely with company leadership to continuously improve processes, quality, and delivery.

This is a key leadership role with real decision-making authority in a growing, owner-managed industrial company.

Responsibilities

Own and manage production, warehousing, assembly (in-house and on-site), service, and after-sales operations
Lead, develop, and align teams across manufacturing, project management, and customer service
Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and high quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, material flow, digitalization)
Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, purchasing, and sales
Take ownership of selected customer projects where required

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or industrial systems
Strong operational mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive execution
Experience managing processes, teams, and operational KPIs
Confident use of ERP systems and standard business tools

Qualifications

Technical degree, technician, or master craftsman background
(mechanical engineering, production engineering, or similar)
Several years of experience in mechanical or plant engineering
Experience working in a medium-sized industrial environment is a plus
