As a Project Manager at Jerko Spray Technology, you will take full ownership of customer projects from planning through delivery. You serve as the key interface between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage customer projects end-to-end
Own project schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate closely with production, assembly, purchasing, and external partners
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication
Prepare project documentation and post-project reviews

Requirements

Experience managing technical or industrial projects
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Structured, solution-oriented working style

Qualifications

Technical or technical-commercial background
Experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or an industrial environment
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office
Experience working in cross-functional teams
