Jerko’s fully automatic dosing units ensure that your system is always filled with the exact volume and concentration required – regardless of the manufacturer! Our advanced concentration calculator automatically adjusts for specific gravity, solids content, or mixing ratios. Simply enter your desired settings in the user interface, and the dosing unit takes care of the rest. Any deviations caused by rinse water are automatically corrected. If the mixing ratio needs to be changed, the control system recalculates the required amount in real time to achieve the desired blend. In addition, Jerko’s dosing unit is available as a retrofit kit, allowing you to boost your system’s performance while also conserving valuable resources.
